"The check-in was fast, and the desk person was helpful and friendly. I requested a quiet room on the upper floor and was happy to see the room I got was in the exact location as the room I had stayed in two weeks before. The panoramic view of the Colorado River and Bullhead City is always nice. My preferred place to stay is now the Edgewater Hotel and Casino."

"I was charged three times what is typical from both expedia AND the property. Couldn't get a customer service rep on the lune from expedia. Could not get a concierge or maintenance to address the clogged toilets. This stay was NOT hospitable. Expensive and a total let down as I referred some of my colleagues to Expedia. Not for kickbacks but because I trusted how accommodating they WERE. Complacency is a sign the Corporation is in trouble, JD4Jesus2U "

"This is like my 5th time staying there it’s older place but clean and great staff I like that you can park at your door or close to your room love it there"

"The hotel is fine. The casino is not great. Tables close at 11:30 because they do not have enough staff. Some of the dealers were friendly, but many are outwardly unfriendly. At times there was just one cocktail waitress for the entire casino floor (according to the pit boss). There were times when they had just one blackjack table open, even though many people were waiting to play. Instead they had a Pai Gow table and a 3 card poker table open…with no one playing and dealers standing around. Multiple people asked if a second blackjack table could be opened, the pit boss said no. If you’re coming here to gamble, consider going elsewhere. "

"My favorite place in laughlin. The bed was my only complaint. It was so hard and uncomfortable. I hope it was a one time fluke and next time I get a comfortable bed."
