I know they are not going to fix it. Also are room keys did not work for us to get into our room. Took them back to the office and they rekeyed them two times in the pooring rain. "Our stay was basically okay. Bed was comfortable and facilities okay. Please replace the worn and soiled chair by the bed. It makes the place look cheap and unappealing. It was also difficult to regulate the heater."

"We stayed at Florence Lighthouse Inn and had a mixed but ultimately improved experience. Our initial room had some significant issues—the shower wasn’t working and the air vent was very noisy, which made it uncomfortable for my family. After raising our concerns, the team responded and moved us to a much better suite. "Wonderful find! We had a one br king, so plenty of room to eat dinner in the unit. Pretty view, easy parking, very clean and well appointed in the kitchen with a coffee pot, free coffee and a toaster! "

"Excellent location. Right on the beach and there’s a nice ocean front gravel trail that goes around the rocky area and connects back to the sandy beach when it resumes. Property is well maintained. My only complaint was the mattress. It was ok but uneven. Either older or never rotated. But still reasonably comfortable. "
