"Clean room and cozy"

"The main problem during our stay was the noise. The walls are extremely thin — we could hear everything, even the people in the next room using their microwave. We were placed between two rooms that seemed to be traveling together, and they partied and slammed their doors throughout the night. By 3 AM, we had to ask them to quiet down. "We got there at 8:55 and the website said the pool was open until 10. The front desk staff said the pool closed for kids at 9, which wasn’t said anywhere on the website. So we stood there with a crying toddler while the front desk ladies just stood and watched. It was just uncomfortable. Got to our room, the toilet wouldn’t flush and the phone didn’t work. Had to plunge to toilet three different times. No breakfast. Had to pay for everything. Just overall a lousy stay."

"Rented a cabin for the long weekend. NOT what we expected based on the online pics of the cabins. Did not have the "Maine cabin" vibe at all - more like 1980s RV interior design. Vertical blinds on sliding doors were missing some sections so no real privacy. Bed was very uncomfortable. Hot water lasted about 3 mins, so showering or washing dishes was tricky - to say the least. Not so friendly RV "neighbors" who felt it ok to have a projected light show, and be loud and obnoxious past 10 pm. We...
