"Everything was great very small but great for one night and the property had everything that was needed for a great stay even had a white noise machine as the property sits close to a busy road but it was not necessary"

"We planned an Aug '26 trip to Maine months in advance from Florida. Expedia or the rental Mgr requires a credit card to hold the room. Our schedule changed in May '26, so I cancelled the room. On Friday evening 8/7, we get a call from the Mgr wondering where we are. We relayed that we canceled the booking months ago. We were still charged for the nights' stay. This is a fraudulent charge & no way to run a business. Be careful if you have to use your cc to hold a room, then have to cancel."
