"This was a cute hotel. Having a balcony was my favorite part. Rates on the coast in the summer are high everywhere but this was cheaper than some because of its location in Sand City. It was easy to get everywhere I wanted to go in Monterey and Carmel by the Sea. The room was very nice and the bathroom was exceptional with two separate areas. The staff was very nice and let me check in early. There was a very nice outside area where there was even a group exercise class one night. My room had a view of the ocean."
