The key pad on the door did not work and I had to spend at least 15 minutes on the phone getting instructions on how to open a lockbox to obtain a key to manually open the door. "There are stairs to the front door. There is a handrail, but only on one side. The handrail is not extremely sturdy, and it does not reach the top of the staircase. It was very challenging for me to navigate and I had to ask someone else to get my luggage down the steps. The gravel parking lot was acceptable, but difficult to maneuver in. To drive out, it was necessary to go down a narrow alley and exit on the next block. Otherwise, it was a peaceful stay. We slept well on the comfortable beds."
