"Check in and out was easy. A little bit difficult to find the back parking in the dark the first time, but once found it was easy and convenient. You have to be comfortable with other people. It is somewhat communal and seems like mostly solo travelers. The halls and rooms are not perfectly sound proof, so just be ok with people moving around and hearing it. Having a full kitchen is amazing and saved me so much money on eating."

"This rental was cozy and the staff was attentive when questions came up! The listing is as described. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. We only stayed for 2 nights, but I would definitely come back. Thanks!"

"When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 "
