"Sleepless in Seattle!
Overall good and convenient hotel to stay at! Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Unfortunately when we arrived, one of the two elevators was out of service, seems like an ongoing issue. Ice machine was out of service on the floor we stayed at (Fl. 8). Five people where staying next room who were very loud through for two nights straight, my wife and I couldn't sleep. AC unit was very loud the last night we were there.
Most of the staff were polite and helpful. We recommend to stay at this location, however, the hotel should do their best to have the elevator repaired ASAP.
