I have stayed at this property a couple of times before and the interaction has always been efficient, friendly,and easy. I like not having to use a key and think the key codes are a novel idea!

My only problem was , my room was on the 3rd floor. For me is difficult to carry luggage up all the stairs. The room was great .

Overall I think this place was a good value for the money! The only notes I have is that the mattress could use to be rotated, as there was a very noticable slope that made it uncomfortable, and the table on the wall was wobbly. Otherwise everything was nice, parking wasn't too difficult and we enjoyed our stay

A decent place to stay when exploring the Ballard area. Walking distance to everything. Room was small and well-equipped. Walls are very thin, so having earplugs provided was much appreciated. Seems strange to offer a coffee machine in the room without mugs, but we walked downstairs to the kitchen to grab one. Walls need a good clean, but everything else was pretty good.

This property is a great value. I initially had trouble checking in, but that was my fault for not reviewing the information the owner sent to me in Expedia. I contacted the owner and they walked me through the process. The room is very well-equipped, especially for how small it is. I love the DeLonghi coffee maker! The property is in a densely populated neighborhood, as described in their information, so parking was difficult. It's Seattle after all. But once I got parking sorted, the rest of my stay was great. There are several restaurants in walking distance. I enjoyed a nice meal at a sports bar nearby. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I'd stay at Ballard Sweet Suites again.

The check-in process was very easy and communication with the host (Vince) was fantastic. The shared communal area on the first floor looked very clean and modern with all of the appliances. The bedroom (Zumbo) on the second floor was very nice, clean, and modern as well. I liked that the room had a cooking area with a stove, microwave, minifridge, sink, and dishes to prepare food. I also really liked how clean, bright, and modern the bathroom was. I would definitely come back during my next visit to Seattle!

Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing and I would not return. The property requirements felt extremely high maintenance. Even after uploading my ID and credit card information twice through their verification link, I was still required to continue texting additional information before check-in. The walls were very thin, and another guest arrived around 3:30 AM, which made it difficult to get any restful sleep. The cleanliness was also below expectations — the filtered water container had visible mold in it, which was concerning. In addition, the door keypad batteries were low, making access frustrating and unreliable. Overall, the experience did not match the level of hassle and requirements expected from guests.
