"The gals at the front t desk were so helpful. I had booked at another hotel thats was absolutely disgusting. They understood and said it happened frequently. They had me in a room in minutes. I needed some ice for my room and the gal at the bar gave me a huge bag of ice. I highly recommend."
"Loved the room and kitchenette and its proximity to everything. The only challenge was we ended up in a room that faced the alley and it was quite noisy, even during the night. But I get it, it’s a city room, so you never know."
