We had a terrible experience at this property and checked out next morning instead of staying 3 days. I will try listing everything, but I'm sure I'll miss something:
1) Property mng (or owner) provided door code, but not the unit number (it's a large old multi-store building); when I texted him that we were inside the building, he stated he was on the phone
2) I had to ask for WiFi pass as it is not assumed/listed as "free wifi"
3) The place is poorly maintained: 3.1 in need of a paint job 3.2 stained carpet 3.3 broken curtains (light comes from outside in the morning 3.4 rusted light fixture (bath) 3.5 kitchen area has dirty droplets of something hanging from the ceiling 3.5 bath is worn to the point that it is very slippery; easy to fall 3.6 bath ventilation is super old and very loud
4) I separated this point on purpose. I made reservation at 7 am for the same day. Seattle had a head wave, but the property listed "air conditioning". We checked in at 7 pm. Air conditioning is an old worn unit that produced very loud noise and after 9 hours of such blowing reduced temperature from 75F to 74F. I couldn't sleep
There were pros: bed seemed clean and location is good with parking nearby.
The building is old and the street is dirty (not dirty as any downtown street, but dirty as "not being cleaned often enough"; the food homeless left on the street was there at night and in the morning.
