breakfast is not rich; need to climb a slope to get the hotel; not allowed to temporarily store the luggage after checkout. Sheets won’t be changed during my stay. Laundry room floor is dirty.

Change the staff entirely, hire in repair staff, hire in Women to clean the rooms, force the homeless out of the establishment, install Signage to help customers/Travelers find the Inn.

There were lots of transients around the property, garbages were all overflowing, and the door handle to our room was broken and not working very well. It was very hard to get into our room. It left a lot to be desired. Room was quite clean though.

We had a terrible 2 week stay. There were rats on the property (we have a video). The washer and dryer were expensive to use. Items in our kitchen did not work. We asked for late checkout on our last day as we worked until 3:00 am and staff was banging on our door at 10 am. When we complained to front desk staff we felt unheard. Would not recommend this hotel. Very disappointed :(

The shower was dirty, specially the walls and the whole room had a bad smell when we entered. The so called breakfast was a scam, coffee and muffins is what the had. I wouldn’t go back

got "upgraded" to a king suite. the pull out couch waa leather & had 2 big holes in the leather. the bathroom door practically hit the toilet aa you opened the door to thr bathroom.the location was interesting to get to - hidden in an industrial complex. wouldnt go back for $200/nite

Giving a 2 star as I am waiting to hear back form the hotel. We booked and paid for: 1 room, Studio, 2 Queen Beds, Non Smoking. Upon checking in we were told they over booked the room with two queen beds. We were down graded to a room with 1 king sized bed. I paid for 2 queen beds and I have requested a refund for the downgrade. I will change my rating, pending reply and refund.
