This was one of the best experiences I've had traveling. The staff was key to making an out of towner feel right at home. From Dexter greeting me when I got there and being amazing, the hotel cleaning staff was great. Barry and his crew were on it with dining. Edna and Kayla are KEY to making your hotel stay delightful. Thank you so much for the experience..I will absolutely be back with my fam!!

It’s in a great location, walkable distance to the monorail and great shops nearby. The staff are kind and very helpful.

I loved how safe and secure the establishment was! I love that they lock the car garage, and when it gets dark they require a key card to get into the hotel! I loved the complimentary breakfast as well. Staff were super nice.

The customer service was Phenomenol! Breakfast was great. The building and our room was totally clean. Our room needs were met by staff, even at 4pm. It was an all around lovely experience. Most of all. We were allowed to check in 5 Hours Early, with No Problem! We were in our room, on the 7th floor, litterally about 4 minutes after walking through the door. Thanks Hyatt Place. R. Property is conveniently located close to public transit. Rooms are nice and modern. Located close to the space needle and parks and restaurants. Unfortunately hotel is right next to a gas station and it is very busy and extremely noisy all through the night. Did not manage to sleep very well during my stay because of this.

I checked out almost a week ago and have gone back and forth on posting a review. We got to the hotel early and upon entering the building we’re greeted, we asked if it was possible to check in early or at least park the car and be able to walk around. We have two little boys and they were ready to get out. The girl at the front desk was on her phone but kept assuring me it was for work, she very friendly and said there was no room but would text me shortly to let me know one was ready. She took our deposit and gave us a parking tag. Hours go by and finally normally check in time comes around so we go back to the hotel. I’m greeted this time by Dan who was rude from the beginning. I said I’m here to check in but I’ve already been partially checked in, we are parked and my deposit was taken there just was no room. He laughed and said that’s not possible, I need your card again to charge you. I said I’m sorry I’m not putting my card in again as I was already charged and I can see the pending transaction. He continued with a snappy attitude then finally gave me my room key. The hotels are currently being remodeled however the room we were in didn’t seem to be a remodeled one or wasn’t wearing very well already? To top it off, on the last day of the trip, my two year old son was woken up from a nap by the fire alarm because a dryer caught fire (overheard from a fireman) and we forced to stand outside in the cold for almost thirty minutes. This did not come with any apologies.

Exterior of property appears a bit worn but inside is wonderful. Extremely clean, very friendly staff, and great breakfast with lots of options. Parking is kind of pricey but adjacent to building and safe.
