"Pros: comfortable bed. Clean unit. Great to have laundry onsite. Cons: The check-in process is a hassle and intrusive. You must carry your luggage up multiple flights of stairs. This is a room in a shared space. The walls are paper-thin, and guests have parties until 2 am. The unit was cold and never got warm enough. There is nowhere to sit in your room other than on the bed. It's also a food desert. There is very little to eat within a 10-minute walk."
