"We enjoyed our stay here. Thank you ! I believe the hotel has 6 floors, and the rooms are quiet and very clean. They have an extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming staff, Many options -hot/cold cereal, bagels, eggs, waffle maker, etc for breakfast. The breakfast eating area and lobby are welcoming, bright, and spacious. You'll find hot water and coffee self-serve throughout the day. "Hot water didn’t work, room smelled like smoke and floor was filthy. This area of Seattle is very rough and was a huge amount of drug usage/prostitution in/around hotel."

"The room was clean and as described, with a double bed and a shared bathroom adjacent (I believe the property has a room with a private bathroom as well). It is located in a quiet neighborhood. I was assigned the same parking spot as another guest. This might have been a typo, and I sorted it out with the other guest because he was leaving earlier than I was. The owner responded after a few hours giving me a different parking spot, but the matter was resolved by then. Recommended!"

"The carpeting is really worn out in the hallways and the wallpaper was being replaced so there was a lot of construction equipment and residue. Our air conditioning didn’t work but I’ll give the hotel big Kudos as they fixed it while we were out for lunch. Also, the staff bent over backwards to help in any way. I would stay here again but hopefully they will have finished the maintenance and maybe replaced the carpeting."

"Very cool property with pretty rooms in a neighborhood with lots to offer. Loved the credit at tin Lizzie’s. Staff helped me when I needed to print a couple of things. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"The hotel was being redone , I was in a not redone room . But super clean ! Office staff was super great !!!great area !!!! I would recommend staying here ! Because they were redoing rooms as I was there and they looked great ! Also great location and great staff!"
