"This is such a cute hotel. The room, a little on the small side, was clean and comfy. The location was awesome. Close enough to walk to all the sightseeing spots. The hotel has a great bar and lots of games to play. The neighborhood is quiet and safe The only negative is the parking. Park on the streets or in nearby garages."

"You can’t go wrong with the College Inn. It’s closer to UW campus than my Husky’s dorm! The staff are kind and responsive. It has an amazing, huge loft common area with comfy seating areas, big tables, fridge, sink, and coffee/tea, "

"Overall, the hotel is in a fantastic location. We were happy with the room for the most part minus an oder. The room was larger than expected, set up nice, was cleam, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. However, we were not aware that the entire hotel was pet friendly. That caused issues with asthma and allergies for a couple of guests. We attempted to switch rooms to something with less of an odor. However, they wanted to put us in a room that was not similar to...

"Don’t be fooled, this is not a “suite”, it is a tiny room with a bathroom. The property is a large “home” with multiple different rooms and paper thin walls, so if you’re lucky like us you might get another guest who likes to slam the fridge door, microwave, or their shower door at 2am. Also note that the kitchen is a shared kitchen, which has limited mentions in the description, so this is not exactly a private stay. The kitchen had an odd smell, from everyone’s food and the free street parking...

"Using the pool was terrible; the floor is extremely slippery. My son fell, and I almost fell too. They urgently need to replace the floor. The rest of the facilities are very good. The breakfast is very good. The staff is very friendly."

"This place is in a beautiful area and easy to get around. It was very clean and cute. I loved waking up and looking at the forestry area across the street. Communication is top notch! I did have issues with the stairs, but that not their issue. I would recommend that if you are not a couple you get seperate rooms. Even then, it is cheaper than a hotel. I would stay there again! "
