"Our stay at Staypineapple was awesome!! It was clean and upgraded. But the best part was individual fluffy comforters!! I will forever look to stay at Staypineapple properties! The staff was very helpful and kind. We parked a car in the garage and it felt very safe. The Queen Anne area was clean and safe to walk to dinner but still very convenient to downtown. I can not recommend this stay enough!"

"Stayed here a couple of times. The first time was before the renovation. The rooms and hotel were a bit quirk and old and it’s 3 stories with no elevator. Creaky floors, outdated bathrooms and some closets weren’t finished. Some were just small spaces with some shelves, some inside the space where the heater unit or hot water heater was with a wooden bar with some hangers. Appears the hotel has finished renovations and the bathrooms have been updated and painted, as well as the rooms. The room...

"Everything was working properly. At first we couldn't enter the room for a short period of time because the key code was incorrect but after that everything was perfect."

"The shadiest property ever. I reported that the fridge in our room was leaking and ruined $70 worth of food and the property manager tried blaming us for it and said they were going to make us pay for the damage. Then they had a maintenance guy come look at it and turns out it was their fault and the fridge was disconnected somehow. They are now refusing to reimburse us for all of the items in the fridge that were ruined because of them. Terrible company, terrible shady staff. Will definitely...

"I had a problem getting into my room. The check in guy called maintenance while I waited. He said it’d be about fifteen minutes. While waiting, the front desk guy made a delicious hot chocolate using three different chocolates syrups. About after 10 minutes or so he came back and upgraded my room to the top floor. The room was nice, except they don’t stock lotion in the rooms like other hotels. Also one of the side lamps didn’t work. I liked the shower pressure and air conditioning worked...
