"It’s an older motel, but well maintained. The room was large, but the bathroom was a little cramped. Didn’t interact with staff except briefly at checkin, and it wasn’t as smooth as some. Didn’t try breakfast, but the lobby is very small so I can’t imagine the breakfast was great."

"My only complaint was that I checked in around 8pm and after being in my room for a while, being extremely surprised the toilet and floor were covered in dried up urine. It was late, I cleaned it myself. But that fact the cleaning person didn't check the most unsanitary part of the bathroom is stunning. The rest of the room was immaculate."

"The hotel is okay. The room freshener that they spray is awful. The floors are dirty. Whoever stayed in the room before us had used the ice bucket lid as their dinner plate. It was nasty."

"It was an amazing experience, breakfast was spot on, hotel room is clean, the ocean view was perfect. Being in the woods gives it that real get away, relaxed feeling. We went out on the canoe that they have for free and spent all morning seeing wildlife and sightseeing. We will definitely be coming back."

I just wish the breakfast had more to offer, it was hard boiled eggs, muffins, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, fruit and yogurt which is fine. I was hoping for hot food but it was enough to fill our bellies, and the breakfast area was open and spacious and very clean. I would stay here again."

"A/c did not work well. Room was hot upon arrival and a/c never got room cool. Check in is located down the road and there is no elevator. No ice. Basically just somewhere to sleep. Building is outdated. Being hot all night was not pleasant at all. Entire family did not rest well at all. Location seemed run down. Not an enjoyable experience"

"We had a fabulous time during our stay at Bluebird Ocean Point Inn. Our room was lovely, a perfect size for the two of us and had the best water pressure in the shower. The view from the patio was beautiful. We also really enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs at the water's edge. It rained heavily one night and we awoke to quite a puddle around much of the cabin. General Manager Jim and Chef Oscar came to the rescue, bringing planks and a lot of laughs about our "duck pond". "Our room was on the second floor and there is no elevator. Thus all bags large and small had to be carried up the stairs then down again at the end of our stay. The room did gave a balcony with 2 chairs and a nice view of the harbor. Parking was available"
