"We loved our early check in but we went right to the spa with our day pass. The mineral water was great. We loved the live entertainment on Friday night. The only issue we had was with the electric tea kettle in our room that was missing an electric cord ? The hotel is so customer oriented that they brought me tea to my room for free. The hotel needs to put a little more attention on upkeep of the facilities. Our deluxe room in building 300 was perfect the bed was perfect and lots of room and clean. We would definitely come back if only for the warm mineral water pools."

"Beautiful hotel! The entire staff was wonderful and clearly had customer service as their first priority. Anything we needed was attended to promptly. We lounged by the pool, got spa services (which were amazing) and sat out until late at night on our terrace! The hotel is convenient to Healdsburg, Santa Rosa and the Redwood parks. We loved the location and the fact that things were convenient, but not right outside the hotel. We also had a lot of fun in the “secret” pool room!"
