The view from entrance was breathtaking. The resort is brand new and feels that way. The pool and jacuzzi is very large, the food were excellent. There are some great local spot to visit through the hotel guide.

Great Experience

It was a fantastic experience. We used the Puri Nadi Heated Pool Villa, and the pool in the room was very large and the water quality was good. The breakfast and dinner course tasted great, too. All the staff were kind and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. If I ever visit Ubud again, I would like to visit there again.

The resort is amazing view, the staff is incredible nice and accommodating, greets you every day with warm. The infinity pool and jacuzzi is best beautiful part. breakfast and dinner at Tangelo is excellent. we are thrilled and would came here again

Séjour incroyable, c'est notre 2ème visite. La nourriture est exceptionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est servi à la carte mais à volonté. Le diner est délicieux mais les portions un peu petites. Il fait plus frais dans cette partie de Bali, l'immense Jaccuzzi chauffée est très agréable en fin de journée. De nombreuses excursions à proximité (temples, plantations de riz en terrasse, chute d'eau, volcan, ect)

우붓에서 프라이빗한 풀빌라를 원한다면 이곳으로!

일단, 매우 친절했습니다 다만 풀빌라와 로비사이에 계단이 많아 너무 낮은 곳은 오르내리기 힘들듯! 저는 중간지점 villa 6번에서 머물렀고 좋았습니다. 청소는 하루 2번 오셔서 해주셨고 6번 풀빌라 하우스키핑 매니저인 ADI씨는 매우매우 친절하게 대응해주시고 방 청소 또한 매우 깨끗하게 해주셨습니다. 점심 저녁 식사 퀄리티 또한 매우 높고 모든 서빙해주시는 분들이 친절했습니다. 다음에 다시 우붓에 오게 된다면 다시 오고 싶은 숙소입니다!

I had the most amazing stay at Cicada! Beautifully appointed resort, huge room with extremely comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Many thoughtful amenities and daily treats. Great communication from the hotel before my arrival, arranging transport from the airport. Gorgeous spa, pool and jacuzzi. The included activities were some of the highlights of the trip, jungle trekking, walks, yoga and temple visit. Fabulous ala carte breakfast. From the moment I stepped foot into this new and captivating property, I was drawn in by its unique concept and charm. My recent stay at this very new hotel in Ubud was simply extraordinary! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the freshness of the property and the breathtaking natural views that surrounded it. It was a luxury experience like no other, and it stood out from the other high-end hotels I've stayed at in Ubud. What truly set this place apart was the strong presence of Balinese culture throughout the hotel. The incorporation of local traditions and artistry added a unique charm, making it feel like a genuine cultural retreat. The staff was absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued. Great service, stunning view from the room. Met all my expectations ❤️ I was delighted! All the hotel staff are very polite, welcoming, friendly, they immediately try to help with any issue, very friendly and smiling. The service was top notch. Based on their greeting, they immediately brought a cocktail, fruits and sweets before I entered my room, and when they treated me, they also gave me a very cute set 🥰 I have never seen such service in any hotel before. I would like to especially praise Hanna, the hotel employee who met me on the very first day and met me in the room. Very polite, friendly, sincere and kind 🥰 thanks to her, my first impressions of this place were like this. She was very kind and sincere in everything until the last thing she did for me ❤️ The restaurant staff Suta, Tria, Adid, Desa were also very kind and attentive. I would also like to note Kartika. She organized all the tours, took me to amazing and very beautiful places with a gorgeous view. She took a lot of beautiful photos and videos for me, like professionals. I got exceptional impressions from the trip with her, and I have a lot of amazing photos and videos as a memory ❤️ I sincerely recommend this place, you will definitely be delighted with the beauty of the hotel itself and the service manager ❤️

Ibu Ratna's personalized approach and genuine care for the well-being of guests added an extra layer of luxury to the overall stay. The level of service provided by the entire staff at Cicada was truly commendable.
