8月に2泊宿泊しました。人も少なく設備もメンテがされておりある程度満足しましたが、チェックイン時間が15時なのに15時をまわってもチェックが終わってないとのことで出来なかった。 また、朝食はあまり美味しくはありませんでした。ジュースは薄くオレンジやパイナップルのにおいがするだけでイマイチでした。

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon, and it was by far the best resort experience that either of us have ever had. The grounds are stunning, the food is delicious, and the staff and service is impeccable. We hope to return to Bali and stay again! Would recommend to anyone.

The view from entrance was breathtaking. The resort is brand new and feels that way. The pool and jacuzzi is very large, the food were excellent. There are some great local spot to visit through the hotel guide.

Beautiful resort for honeymoon

The resort is amazing view, the staff is incredible nice and accommodating, greets you every day with warm. The infinity pool and jacuzzi is best beautiful part. breakfast and dinner at Tangelo is excellent. we are thrilled and would came here again

Great Experience

It was a fantastic experience. We used the Puri Nadi Heated Pool Villa, and the pool in the room was very large and the water quality was good. The breakfast and dinner course tasted great, too. All the staff were kind and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. If I ever visit Ubud again, I would like to visit there again.

Séjour incroyable, c'est notre 2ème visite. La nourriture est exceptionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est servi à la carte mais à volonté. Le diner est délicieux mais les portions un peu petites. Il fait plus frais dans cette partie de Bali, l'immense Jaccuzzi chauffée est très agréable en fin de journée. De nombreuses excursions à proximité (temples, plantations de riz en terrasse, chute d'eau, volcan, ect)

우붓에서 프라이빗한 풀빌라를 원한다면 이곳으로!

일단, 매우 친절했습니다 다만 풀빌라와 로비사이에 계단이 많아 너무 낮은 곳은 오르내리기 힘들듯! 저는 중간지점 villa 6번에서 머물렀고 좋았습니다. 청소는 하루 2번 오셔서 해주셨고 6번 풀빌라 하우스키핑 매니저인 ADI씨는 매우매우 친절하게 대응해주시고 방 청소 또한 매우 깨끗하게 해주셨습니다. 점심 저녁 식사 퀄리티 또한 매우 높고 모든 서빙해주시는 분들이 친절했습니다. 다음에 다시 우붓에 오게 된다면 다시 오고 싶은 숙소입니다!

I had the most amazing stay at Cicada! Beautifully appointed resort, huge room with extremely comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Many thoughtful amenities and daily treats. Great communication from the hotel before my arrival, arranging transport from the airport. Gorgeous spa, pool and jacuzzi. The included activities were some of the highlights of the trip, jungle trekking, walks, yoga and temple visit. Fabulous ala carte breakfast. Most of all the staff were absolutely brilliant, fabulous personalised service and especially Musgi who really made the experience incredibly special. Looking forward to visiting again!

My mother and I stayed at this property in early July 2026. I enquired via email about wheelchair accessibility at the property and was assured my mother would have no issues going anywhere within the property. To our shock, as soon as we got off the car, the entrance to the hotel had stairs with no arrangements made for wheelchair users. My mum had to literally crawl up the stairs to get to the lobby. Seeing her this way was a terrible terrible start to the trip. During the 3 plus days, the hotel staff had to leave ft my mother with her wheelchair up and down the stairs, which is not dignified. Everywhere in the hotel, moving from one section to the other, there was shallow step which is not an issue for assisted wheelchair users. Although I was shocked that a Marriott property claiming to be part of the Autograph collection didn’t think and plan for something as basic as wheelchair access. While I did check the distance of this property from attractions, nothing prepared us for the amount of time we had to spend in the car. Ubud Central is a 40 min drive away! Kuta is 2+ hrs away. And so is the airport. If you stay at this hotel, be prepared to spend majority of your time within the premises as there is nothing to do nearby. No coffee shops, massage parlours or anything even remotely fun. And, if you plan to drive someplace, you will spend so much time in the car that getting there and back is going to make the entire trip pointless.

Cicada Luxury Resort Ubud has undoubtedly become my ultimate favorite hotel to stay in! From the moment I stepped foot into this new and captivating property, I was drawn in by its unique concept and charm. The experience was nothing short of extraordinary, and once I settled in, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. The hotel offers a delightful breakfast that sets the perfect tone for the day ahead, and the amazing afternoon tea was a delightful treat that added a touch of indulgence to our stay. The thoughtful inclusion of these culinary delights further enhances the overall experience, making it evident that Cicada Luxury Resort Ubud truly values their guests' satisfaction. I'm already looking forward to my next visit, and without a doubt, I'll be returning to this gem of a hotel. If you're seeking a captivating escape and a stay that leaves you with cherished memories, Cicada Luxury Resort Ubud should be at the top of your list. I can't wait to come back and relish in the enchantment of this fantastic destination once again!

My recent stay at this very new hotel in Ubud was simply extraordinary! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the freshness of the property and the breathtaking natural views that surrounded it. It was a luxury experience like no other, and it stood out from the other high-end hotels I've stayed at in Ubud. What truly set this place apart was the strong presence of Balinese culture throughout the hotel. The incorporation of local traditions and artistry added a unique charm, making it feel like a genuine cultural retreat. The staff was absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued. The fact that they addressed me by name throughout my stay made me feel like a VIP guest, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail and personalized service.
