"Excellent accommodation, perfect for exploring the lakes. Just off the A66 with plenty of parking. I stayed 3 nights in the single room. It was warm, cosy and comfortable with a nice en-suite bathroom. Great food with vegetarian and vegan option. Very reasonably priced and friendly and helpful hosts, I would highly recommend. "

"Wonderfully dog friendly hotel. Made us welcome from arrival, lovely staff, food and relaxing environment. Hotel has been well maintained and decorated yet retained many original features. The bed was super comfy! "
