"Not the fault of the facility, lightning had destroyed the elevator control council and the Ice machine on our floor. I am 76 with bad arthritis and don't do stairs well, but there were no rooms available on the first floor. When we got to our room, the toilet would not stop running. He did not tell us about the continental breakfast, check out time, asked if I was a Hilton honors member, etc. Seemed annoyed to have to look up my member number by phone number. Alright neighborhood and room was decent - definitely need some work in the room and cosmetic upgrades."

"We were on the ground floor and the people on 2nd floor above our room were very noisy, loud thumping and banging on the floor after 11 pm that caused us to startle while trying to sleep. "The reviews and photos online were very misleading. We were warned not to eat the breakfast, which was set up in a closed restaurant. The bedding was stained, the towels were burned with holes in them. Our smoke detector was hanging by a wire. "

"Was a little taken aback about the lack of an elevator. While clean, the property definitely needs a bit of updating. I appreciated the lower price point and it was very quiet. Beds were comfy but rooms were stuffy, the AC didn’t seem to be able to keep up!"

"The property is very nice and great for a short stay. I’d give 5-stars but our ac didn’t work and there isn’t anyone that works the desk so we couldn’t report it. Right on the square and close to a lot. We will stay again."
