I wanted to share a concern about my stay. The toilet in my room was not working properly, and a staff member initially showed me how to fix the chain myself. Unfortunately, the issue kept happening, and I had to call three different times to have it addressed.
While I appreciate the staff trying to help, I don’t feel it’s reasonable for a guest to repeatedly fix a maintenance issue during their stay. Given the inconvenience, I believe it would have been appropriate to offer some form of compensation or a small discount on the room.
I just wanted to bring this to your attention so situations like this can be handled differently in the future.
