Protea Hotel by Marriott Knysna Quays
Air conditioning - Not at all not sure there was any out put got more from the open door wind to be honest. Staff were all lovely Room was clean but needs a tidy. Shower head was broken.

The Gull
The Gull Cottage where we stayed was absolutely excellent! Ruth who owns and runs the cottage was super, welcoming us to the cottage and explaining the facilities.
