"L’accueil était bon emplacement de l’hotel est parfait. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Le nettoyage est moyen. Il faudrait peut être donner moins de chambre a nettoyer a l’équipe. . J’ai quand même aimé mon séjour. A noter qu'il n'y a pas de piscine . Merci"

"I had a great stay. We stayed at their Suite as we were traveling with 2 small kids. Everything was clean, room was super quiet (couldn't hear any outside noise). I like how convenient it is to just walk walk over the bridge to the airport. Will definitely stay again in future. Also breakfast offered variety of different cuisines."

"Great location with brilliant transport links. The bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was brilliant. The breakfast had lots of choice and really set us up for busy days sight seeing."

"The room was clean. We appreciated the complimentary water daily. Also, we liked that our shower had a door. Unlike our travel companions, their showers didn't have a door and was uncomfortable for them. The breakfast buffet was delicious. It had a good selection. The highlight for us was the fois gras. We also appreciated the massage service available upon request. The massage for two people in the room received was excellent."

"Okay, first it was hot during our trip and the AC in the room did not cool lower than 23°C, even though it was set to 18°. The breakfast was awesome with plenty of options for everyone. I didn't like that we had to pay to use the pool, it's nothing special but it did cool us down, still this should be included in the room rate. Parking was easy, the outdoor lounge was great for watching the World Cup. Close to both the street cars and the train station. I would stay here again."

"This property did not feel like a hotel at all. The overall setup and atmosphere were more like a shelter than a hotel. There were many young teenagers hanging around the lobby area, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. The room did not have air conditioning and was not properly cleaned. The television was very small, offered only a limited number of channels, and most of them were in German. There was no hair dryer in the room and not even a proper place to hang clothes. "Staff we awesum, helpful & really friendly. Breakfast was excellent & amazing & such a great variety of food & beverages. The take away sandwich was a huge benefit, it allowed us to only buy an evening meal. Tram transport was ideal across the road. Rooms were cleaned each day & our cleaner was lovely. Would highly recommend to others & would definately stay there again if ever we go to Prague again. Nga mihinui"
