And, a freshly prepared breakfast, delivered to our room exactly when we requested. We...

"The hotel was in the center city. We were unable to get an early access to the room unfortunately as we hoped. I realize that I was sent an email concerning the pool, hot tub and fire pit were to be under renovation but had already paid for the room and unable to cancel. Still required to pay for use of the area with no discount. WiFi was not complimentary."

"Couldn’t check in because property doesn’t communicate well with Expedia. Never got an email either the details. AC was set to 70 and very hot, blowing heat. Asked to adjust to 68 and never head back, so just turned it off.
No housekeeping service. Needed to empty garbage cans and no luck.
Carpet visibly stained when we arrived."
