"Allgemein hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt. Allerdings sind die Wohneinheiten etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt kaum Steckdosen neben dem Bett und viele Steckdosen sind mittlerweile ausgeleiert.
Das Personal war nicht so zuvorkommend, wie wir es von anderen Unterkünften gewohnt sind. Es fehlte bei unserer Ankunft der Kaffee und das WLAN funktionierte nicht. Die versprochene Hilfe erhielten wir erst nach erneutem Nachfragen 2 Tage später…

"We booked a junior suite. Our suite had an adjoining room. The door between our room and the adjoining room was paper thin. We could hear every word of our neighbors from their bed. Worse, our other neighbor eith no adjoining door, we could hear their morning pee and flush routine. Ugh"

1. Parking is charged at $25 per night, which feels unreasonable given the overall experience.
2. Laundry facilities are inconvenient—guests must download an app and preload at least $10. Each wash and dry costs $3, and any remaining balance cannot be refunded.
3. Cellular signal is extremely weak to non-existent. Guests have to rely entirely on the hotel’s WiFi.

"The property was nice and quiet and clean. The check in process was quick and easy, they even drew the quickest route to our room. They offered activities such as star gazing and yoga at no cost which is a nice add on.
The room was spacious and comfortable.
The gym is very basic with limited equipment.
For food the rascal is the only option but if you cross the street you have Safeway right there and a bunch of other places that you can walk to.

"This is a well-maintained property. The bed was comfortable. I like that it’s just outside main Sedona. You don’t deal with the traffic of central Sedona. Walking distance to several very good restaurants. We used the hot tub after dinner and it was great. The breakfast is all carb type food…no protein but still good and the facility felt clean and well-maintained. I’d stay here again!"
