Perfect accommodations! Clean, every was very friendly. A quiet get away but also has fun accommodations! Would definitely stay at Sedona Pines again and again!

The place was wonderful, clean, and quiet most of the time. However, I didn’t like that the check-in person directed me to a saleswoman who pushed me into a two-hour Sapphire timeshare resort scam in exchange for giving me free tickets to a local activity place. The rude, older saleswoman and the sales manager at the presentation were angry that I wouldn’t sign a contract for $15,000 over 10 years with monthly fees. They kept trying to change the amount, and when I told them I needed to review it, they were very nasty. Unbelievable — I will never go back to this resort for allowing this!

Check in was a nightmare. Waited 1/2 hr to even get to the desk. I had reserved 2 places for our family of 7 members months in advance. We were separated roads apart. They cared less about trying to put us together. Ashley at the front desk was rude and abrupt. No directions on the place - so we didn’t know our second bedroom was across a “bridge”… they try selling you a timeshare type thing that delays you even more - have to wait to talk to them to get your parking pass. Not a good experience at all. Wont go back. They don’t care.

The Hot Tub was amazing! We did our laundry while there and it was quick and efficient. The place is conviently located and easily accessed. The units/ rooms are like a beautiful single wide and were perfect for our stay. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes etc. clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed here while making our way through Sedona, it’s a few minutes out the main area but I liked that It was, it was peaceful and quiet. Everything was clean, some things needed to be updated but not to the point where it ruined our time being there and nothing was broken. The grounds were clean. My son enjoyed the activities they have, the pool is a good size, they also have free laundry on site and a restaurant. I would definitely comeback to this hotel with my family.

Casita and Sedona Pines Resort was a PERFECT place to stay and explore the Sedona Area. Nicely landscaped/clean grounds - quiet. Great Pool. Bonus complimentary entertainment/activities. Enjoyed our stay!

The room was clean and well stocked. It was nice hearing a water feature / stream right outside and having a space to sit out on the porch. It’s right next to an Italian restaurant. 5 min drive into Sedona. I didn’t use the other an amenities like the pool or laundry but it’s great to have those as an option. Seemed like a good family type place. A few things, the TVs are VERY small, no big deal if movie nights are not on the agenda. The bed is quite high and too firm/springy. My preference is a softer memory foam mattress, so really no hotel Mattress is ever good enough for me. Overall I liked this place and would return.

Staff was great, room was not the best housekeeping. Bring slippers or booties. On site restaurant was delicious but expensive. Needed a lot of minor upgrades, you can tell the place has some years on it but overall acceptable (except for the floors)

Property was very well maintained and we really enjoyed the 4 night stay. The free use of the laundry facility was a welcomed amenity. We were not impressed with the sales pressure.

The individual units were very nice. The bedroom is pretty small and hard to maneuver around the bed. This is a resort so be prepared to be offered discounts on activities if you agree to go to a two hour presentation where of course they are hopeful you will buy into Sapphire Resorts. We went to the presentation so we could get a substantial discount on a jeep tour but we held firm and did not buy in. We did not have time to use all the amenities like the pool and adults only Lagoon, but they looked quite nice. The check in process was not good at all. The people doing the checkin were not friendly or helpful. We were told we could check in by 4:00. It was 4:35 when we got our keys, with no apologies at all. Check out was similar. No thank you for staying with us, hope you enjoyed your stay, just took our keys and that was it.
