I will never stay in this junk heap again. The furniture is all old and damaged. Our shower was absolutely disgusting. We opted not to shower before we left in the morning because it felt cleaner not to. We were absolutely robbed on pricing, too. This is not the place to stay.

The staff at check-in and checkout were very friendly. I appreciated that my room had a fridge and microwave. Even though I didn’t use them this trip, I always appreciate hotels that offer them. The breakfast voucher was a very nice perk and the staff were very friendly. Also, we ate at the restaurant for dinner with a large party and everyone was completely satisfied with their meal…from salads, to fish, to pasta, it was all so delicious. The bread was also very good. My only suggestion is: if the muffins and pastries setting in the main thoroughfare hall are not complimentary, please attach a sign on them with a price. That will keep people from being embarrassed. But I must say, after we helped ourselves to them and they later let us know that they were not complimentary, they did allow us to enjoy the ones we took at no cost. This only happened once and once we knew, we would not have ever taken advantage. One more thing, there was a note on the desk in my room from the maid, that I inconveniently saw only AFTER I got out of the shower, that the hair dryer did not work and yet it had not been replaced. When I went to call the front desk for accommodation, there was nothing on the phone to help me to know what button was for the front desk. I pressed “0” and there was no answer. Therefore, I had no hairdryer available when I really needed it.

Good location,close to popular hikes in Sedona, around 30 minutes. Hotel is clean but we had a few issues which some of them were fixed quickly like not working TV ,our door lock didn't work so we couldn't lock the door from the inside,this issue weren't fixed after reporting to the front desk. Breakfast was great, good portions, unfortunately we only enjoyed once because we were hiking early and they were serving from 7 am until 11. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel was fine. Rooms were large but dated. Pool and hot tub were a bit dirty. But breakfast was very unpleasant. We received a $20 voucher for both people in our room (only one) to be applied to a fancy sit down breakfast in a restaurant. Very inconvenient if you have morning plans to hike or sightsee. We arrived both mornings with plenary of time but still had to leave without eating and purchase breakfast elsewhere. Very disappointing.

This is a motel, not hotel. Pictures are deceiving. Couch seat cover ripped all the way you can see the padding. Bed hard, sheets feel like sand paper, pillows flat as pancakes. Ac so noisy couldn’t sleep. Lobby not attached to rooms so drive or walk to go get cold bitter coffee at the lobby and no choice if you want tea. No elevators so haul up your luggage. Would not stay there again, one night was too many.

The room was okay. The shower l asked water everywhere because the curtain didn't fit properly. Not a great deal of parking right near our room. No free breakfast like the website said. This was a huge disappointment. She did give us a voucher at a nearby restaurant but that wouldn't have been enough to cover four adults meals.

Free breakfast was advertised. There was no breakfast bar. Instead they gave a $20 voucher per room to use the attached restaurant where breakfast for two was over $40. In room coffee machine was never cleaned or restocked. Found a previous occupants clothes on the floor behind a chair. Hot tub jets were broken splashing water outside of the tub. Front desk staff very friendly and efficient.

The front desk employee was very warm and helpful. If you are just looking for a clean place to get a good night's sleep at a reasonable rate, I would reccomend The Lux Verde. We found the location convenient to the hikes we did around Sedona. The room was comfortable and clean, and had a nice size refrigerator. It seemed mostly updated except for the toilet/shower room. I have no doubt that it was clean, it just didn't look great because it was old. The bed and furnishings were great except the love seat sofa was too old and worn out to be in use. We did not have an opportunity to take advantage of the breakfast or restaurant, but would check them out another time.

The room was not too bad but the shower did not work right! Low pressure and not the cleanest shower. The coffee pot had dust all over it also. Overall the bed was nice and the room was mostly clean but they could use a little work.

The property shows some wear, but the rims are clean, beds comfortable, and we enjoyed the restaurant in suite. The pool and hot tub looked inviting as well. Staff was great.

I might have not noticed signage but I walked the property fully to find the check in office only to learn it was right in front of the property in the restaurant area. which was closed and it was the only reason I picked the site was to have dinner with family. Then I learned the whole town shuts down early and on a sunday. I broke down to having BK
