"This is an older historic hotel which has been updated but keeps it's charm. It looked like they have nice jazz music and other pub events but these were not open the Monday night we stayed. We did walk to dinner nearby. Downtown Bellingham is still recovering from Covid so not all is lively. But the hotel had active security, great parking, and I felt completely safe.
