Location was a tad out of the way and difficult to find. But once you arrived, the property was beautiful! Staff very friendly. Pool rooms have direct access to the pool from your room.

Clean comfortable room. Quiet! Excellent service and guest focus. Easy shuttle experience to airport at midnight. Good reasonably priced food. Nice pool centered sheltered courtyard. A great choice if you need a place to stay near the airport.

The pick up had been arranged but not there on arrival so sent a whatsapp message. Replied and gave directions as to where they would pick me up and they found me. To use the airport wifi, I would recommend going to the info desk in arrivals (where drivers have name cards) and use the QR scan at the desk as didnt need passport info etc as required for other wifi. Just be aware that when you walk outside for pick up you loose it.. and the poor driver couldnt contact me. Room was big as was the bathroom which looked great. Small TV compared to room but wifi was excellent so just streamed!! It was so big it probably could take a couple of comfy chairs. Breakfast was excellent and quick and I had dinner there as well which was once again excellent quick and reasonably priced. Try the Chicken fried rice! Really impressed with the return back to the airport at 0130 in the morning as they had a breakfast bag for me which I wasnt expecting. Nice touch from this small hotel!

Worst customer care

We checked in very late but the groom was not fully prepared for our arrival. There was no towels, there was dust everywhere and bedsheets have probably not been changed from previous guests, since there were hair and dirt.when we asked for the towels, the staff provided us with a used towel taken from the pool area. And when we notice that, we asked for a new one but we never got it. Breakfast was ok but the tables have not been cleaned before us and we did by ourselves. That’s a pity because the hotel is well located and rooms are nice

Die Unterkunft war bereits komplett abgenutzt, die Zimmer waren extrem hellhörig und das Essen im Hotel hat doppelt soviel gekostet als auswärts. Alles hat einen runtergekommen Eindruck gemacht obwohl das Hotel immer noch im Bau ist. Was super war, war der kostenlose Transfer zum Flughafen und hat einwandfrei geklappt. Wir können es dennoch nicht weiterempfehlen.

The check-in process was seamless and welcoming. The front desk staff greeted me with genuine warm welcome. Throughout my stay, every staff member—from housekeeping to concierge—was attentive, professional, and eager to help. They truly make you feel like a valued guest. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated with a perfect blend of elegance and modern comfort. Shuttle was also very convenient. They also organized a tour for us which was very reasonable.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom. The staff was friendly but there was a confusion because I arrived pretty early in the AM. It turned into a communication fiasco with people not communicating. No one mentioned that there was an extra charge for an early checkin. My flight the next morning was at 6:30 AM. They do charge $ 12 for an airport pickup - do not use it. Uber is easily available. I felt ripped off with the experience overall but hotel is nice - location is sketchy. Near airport. Room was clean but bathroom was dirty.

The hotel was convenient for the airport, but was disappointing overall. The room and bathroom were spacious and opened onto a small sitting area by the pool. The bed was comfortable. However the room was grubby, the bathroom floor mat was dirty and it all just looked like it needed a good clean. We had dinner there as there werent any other options for the time we arrived, but the offering was underwhelming and the food was cold. We weren't sure if they had to send someone out to bring it - we had the impression that there wasnt a chef or cook there. We booked a 5a.m transfer to the airport, and that was good, but the poor guy who took us appeared to be the only person there and he was trying to book in a group of travellers whilst we sat there anxiously waiting for him to get us to the airport. It was Sri Lankan New Years eve, so he said that the other staff were on holiday. We felt that the hotel could be so much better if they had more staff with experience and a better cleaning staff. We were a bit confused by the expedia rating as we felt that it was far short of what we'd been led to expect.

Unreliable service

Booked due to being close to airport and with transfers available however after confirming transport at 4 am with staff, went to lobby to find all staff had gone home with reception left unattended. Had to then book uber at 4 am to get to airport. Unreliable service.

The airport transfer was organised and easy. The gentleman picking us up was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean and had a beautiful vibe. The pool right outside the courtyard door was tranquil and beautiful, especially very early in the morning. A bath gave some relaxation after long flights. The breakfast was lovely and the staff service was amazing. The people in the beautiful, quaint hotel went out of their way to ensure we were well catered for. This was the perfect stay for a late night arrival. We didn’t venture to see the surrounds due to morning travel the Galle.
