"One-star review Extremely disappointing experience, mainly due to the appalling customer service. During our three-night stay, the shower was not draining properly and the sewage water eventually flooded the bathroom. The entire bathroom floor was covered in dirty water, causing us considerable distress. I unfortunately slipped, hurt my back, and then had to clean up the flooded bathroom myself using a floor towel. We reported the issue as soon as we were able to, and were repeatedly told...

"Sehr neues, schönes Hotel, mit allem, was man braucht! Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön aufgeteilt & für alle etwas dabei. Außerdem hat uns der Fitnessraum sehr überzeugt: über Cardio-Geräte, verschiedenen Hanteln, einer Kletterwand, Pilates- & Yoga-Angeboten... Wirklich toll! Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, sehr ruhig und groß. Wir haben die Zeit dort in vollen Zügen genossen."

"The hotel is very unique - a jungle theme in Austria! The hotel still feels very new, the apartments are well equipped and very spacious. The spa and pool area is perfect for the kids and adults to unwind at the end of the day. We got a free summer card with our stay which was unexpected and saved us a lot of money. We got free access to Area 47 swim area (17 mi so away), which was a highlight our boys"

"Perfect stay, wonderful staff, wonderful amenities! We were pleasantly surprised that the stubai card was included! Made the stay even better. Pool was lovely with an equally lovely view. Apartment was clean. Only small detractor was no soap/shampoo however shops are nearby. Will be coming back! Thank you all"
