"Reserved the hotel to attend the Newport Boat Show, and the location truly was perfect, within easy walking distance to the events, restaurants, and everything happening in town. Unfortunately, the room itself felt dated and definitely needs an upgrade for the price they charge. Also, be careful with parking. We arrived early knowing our room wouldn’t be ready, but were hit with an extra $50 fee on top of the $35 parking charge simply because we pulled in at 11 AM instead of 2 PM. There were plenty of open spots, so it wasn’t a capacity issue. When I questioned it, the front desk suggested finding street parking and returning at 2 PM, not exactly helpful when thousands of people are flooding Newport. Just be aware of the timing, or you’ll be surprised by extra fees."

"For what I paid the room was fine. It was clean, the whole place.is just a little dated, I was just disappointed that the room I had did not have a microwave or refrigerator so be careful when picking a room. I did not have much interaction with staff, but check in was smooth."

"We had a wonderful stay. The property is located in an excellent location. The beach is across the street and their are restaurants within walking distance. Downtown Newport is just minutes away. The property is nice but can use some upgrades. Will definitely return!"
