"new facility, very nice"

"The room given to us is not yet ready, the cleaners are still there. The cleaning process was not yet done because the dusts on the table was still visible. The bed sheets were I think not replaced because there were strands of hair. The staff were not properly coordinated. The parking is conveniently available near the entrance. The kitchen was available but there were no kitchenware, and utensils available. I think the kitchen was no use because of that."

"Outdoor pool is the champion of this hotel everything else is average for a mid range hotel. Front desk guy is very rigid and borderline rude when checking to see if you belong at the pool. Lied and said I only booked for 2 when he had no clue at that moment. He excuses his rudeness by saying “sometimes people sneak in the pool”. Then he scours the halls very un appealing."

"The hotel was ok. I picked the location to be like a central hub for my local visits. There were some things that bothered me. First was the smell outside and inside. There were some faint smells of mold and even smoke. I was out most of the time and blasting the AC did help. The worst was some of the customers. "I hate to give bad reviews, but there are time when it becomes necessary. I found the staff inattentive, my room reeked of stale cigarette smoke (in spite of numerous notices saying it was a non-smoking establishment), and the "free" breakfast inedible (the imitation scrambled eggs cooked to dry crumbs). In addition, in our bathroom I found the shower fixture loose on the wall and an incorrectly installed electric outlet (a large gap between the wall and the fixture). The establishment was...

"The staff was nice, the room was clean, not modern but far from run down, I needed a quiet place to sleep the night before a strongman competition and it served its purpose perfectly, parking was never a problem and the ice machine worked wonderfully, if I had to I’d stay there again without hesitation, the price was right as well"

"The room was the cleanest I have ever seen in a hotel. No hair anywhere and perfectly comfortable. Christine was our housekeeper. Her and the front desk staff gave us wonderful recommendations for places to eat and to explore. We will definitely come back through again!"

"The main issue was that Expedia confirmed our reservation but the hotel did not have the reservation. They did not have any rooms available, except one, as they were under construction. That room smelled like smoke. This is the first time we have had an issue with the Expedia reservation not going through to the hotel."
