It’s a self check in and we were not given our room number which should have been in the welcome email, but was not. "1 night stay for my parents as a gift to my father’s 90th birthday. Stay was during the hot wave in Europe, 40degrees during the day, still very hot at night and they accommodated them in a room room without A/C (although when my Mom asked, they told her some rooms have A/C).
