"Our first time at Newport Bay. Check-in was easy and very nice service. Beautiful looking hotel, location for Disney parks is perfect. We had 2 rooms next to each other. Rooms were ok. A few little things like the drawers didn’t slide out or close easily, kettle wire was temperamental (reported and serviced quickly), cracks in sinks and chips of wood missing from door frames. Shower gel dispenser was almost empty when we arrived but refilled the next day. The coffee and water is not refilled daily, as you would likely get with most hotels, however I knew from other reviews and took my own. Beds and pillows super comfy. Any interaction with staff was polite and friendly. Overall happy with our stay. Hotel rooms need a refresh as others have mentioned. Would definitely stay here again though."
