"部屋がフロントから離れているのと、２階、３階は階段で上がるのでスーツケースを持って上がるのが大変でした。荷物を預かってもらえたり、パークまでの送迎バスがあるのが助かりました。"

"This is a new hotel a little bit away from town. There's a large parking lot but unfortunately paid. We used an uber to come and go. There is a scheduled shuttle however. The room is clean and hotel amenities are great. The walls and corridors are exposed concrete which is an interesting design choice. There are no keycards---when checking in, a QR code image is generated and can be downloaded to a phone. "

"Hatten den Golden Forst Club konnte am zweiten Tag noch frühstücken das wars dann Mittags noch win Kaffee trinken im Club aber da wurde mir mitgeteilt das ich kein Zutritt mehr habe . Kannte ich so von früher nicht . Habe mich sehr geärgert bei den Preisen. Werden nie wieder das Hotel buchen. So vergrault mann Kunden die schon seit 1993 ins Disneyland fahren mehrmals im Jahr ."

"Zimmer sind sauber, gemütliche Betten. Shuttle zum Disneyland ist super, gleich vor der Haustür. Lage ist toll, gleich neben eine Einkaufszentrum und nur wenige Gehmeter zur Bahn"

"Unfortunately the pool was closed when we arrived, but we weren't notified as we had hoped to go swimming before we could check-in. Only downside about this resort was the check-in time at 4pm, we didn't get confirmation from the front desk, so at 5:30pm I went back and asked, then they had a room ready. Plus, we requested a bed guard and there wasn't one. "

"Grimy sticky and run down room and hotel surroundings. No hand wash or soap. No conditoner. Breakfast is mass produced sugary pastries, cereals, salad and yogurts. Hot drinks were good. Dishes were not clean and the chaos is something else. Microwave is in awful state. No one cleans it by the looks of it. Pool is run down with no life guards. Staff look lifeless and not engaging. Basically it’s a Butlins "

"Hotel itself is actually ok. The rooms were nice and clean. They where basic but what do you need really. The staff mostly seemed helpful and nice. The evening "snack" bar food was very tasty and seemed to be made to order. But the breakfast "wow" basic, busy not enough tables, never enough plates, cups, glasses or cutlery. It was pretty much every man woman and child for themselves. The staff at breakfast tried their best to clean tables for people. But the vast majority of people just leave...

"This is a very well located and well maintained apartment hotel. A public park and a large shopping center are within a few minutes walk. Disneyland Paris and the Marne La Vallee train station are around a 15-20 minute walk. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff was great and compensated us with a free breakfast as our requested balcony room was not available. "
