"We have been charged 150 eur deposit (more than the room price for one night) that was supposed to be returned between 2 to 5 business days. 5 business days has passed and didnt get neither the deposit nor the email. I wont be staying again or recommending to anyone. We could have stayed at a disney hotel for the total price with the deposit"

"Real simple review, we only have 2 complaints. The size of the room was godly small, and the shower did not have hot water. Spoiled Americans speaking, I understand that. It was just hard to overlook these. Beside these 2 things, everything was clean, the staff was great, the lobby and food and bar area was good and cozy. "

"excellent location just one stop away on the RER A from the Disney stop. Right across the street from Val d Europe shopping Center/mall. Starbucks right across the street. Hotel shuttle to Disneyland is right across the street as well. Huge grocery store in the bottom floor of the mall/shopping center. "The staff are super helpful at the reception desk. The first room flooded when using the shower the second room they were given the shower pressure wasn’t that great. The hotel is near Disney for the price again it’s okay it’s not the best. It’s not the worst"

It was huge and had everything from a hair dryer, laptop safe, dishwasher, kitchen with dishes, pots and pans to bath salts and robes. The breakfast was huge and brought to the room every day and the staff was always kind and attentive. Also, it’s in a very nice safe area overlooking the Seine. "

Safe during the day and evening, lots of shops, grocery, pharmacy and restaurants and bakeries in the area.We had the connecting rooms; two rooms with full washrooms connected with a hallway, felt like a house. The rooms were clean and had a safe and mini fridge. Street facing room had some noise in the morning for daily garbage collection, very quick.
