"The property is newly built, which is very clean and nice. I thought the staff was very helpful and the hotel was very convenient. The shuttle to Disney is restricted to time windows, but these time windows were very convenient to my family. I liked that there is a grocery store on the same block as the hotel, which was very convenient."

"Favourite Disney hotel … mainly because it wasn’t really Disney but Marvel which my Spider-Man obsessed son loved. The staff absolutely made it worth the premium. Stayed in an empire state room & were treated like celebrities. Nothing was too much trouble & the room was maintained daily, lovely amenities. The private breakfast dining room was so much nicer & calmer than the heaving main dining hall. Also complimentary afternoon tea was a great touch Spider-Man meet and greet was worth...

"This bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve stayed in thru our current travels across Europe. The bathroom was tight which I didn’t care for. Loved it had a decent sized fridge and a kitchen area. Lots of space for all our luggage. The water bottle refill station by elevator was extremely useful! Loved that! Shuttle took us to Disneyland but check the schedule for how often it runs. It takes a long break mid day and we had to uber back because we were hot and tired and ready to go. Parking was...

"Wir sind gerne im ace Hotel. Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Personal sehr freundlich, es gibt kostenloses Frühstück und als wir das letzte Mal da waren, waren es draußen 38 grad. Im Zimmer war die Klimaanlage perfekt eingestellt, es war sehr schön kühl im Zimmer. Der Check in ging sehr schnell und der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Das einzig negative war, dass wir ein schmutziges Handtuch im Badezimmer (zusammengelegt) hatten aber das hab ich ausgetauscht. Ansonsten werden...

"This hotel is just so magical and breathtaking. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and amazing with us and especially my 3yo little girl. It’s really wonderful and grateful to be able to experience such a wonderful place."

"Staff were incredibly helpful the whole stay, starting from checking in a day late due to flight issues, to helping us navigate the metro and where to go! The rooms were cleaned once a day, and fresh towels every other day. There’s a luggage room where they can store your bags on check out day if needed. Overall very friendly staff and great communication. The room was spotless and the kitchenette had everything we needed as well."

"Wij hebben ons verblijf negatief ervaren. Wij hadden heel veel lawaai op de gang en we lagen op een kamer met een tussendeur waardoor er ook veel lawaai was van de kamer naast ons. De kamer was proper maar het sanitair is verouderd. Het toilet maakte een constant ronkend geluid, ook in de nacht. Bovenop moesten we ook nog extra 17€ betalen om 1 nacht op de parking van het hotel te staan. Dit zou gerust gratis mogen zijn, uiteindelijk verblijf je in het hotel en consumeer je ook eten en drinken....
