"Booked 1 night for 3 people in double plus sofa bed to catch flight home early next morning. Checked in online specifying arrival after 6pm (eventually arriving at gone 10pm after train delays), short queue and friendly receptionist gave us our key. Nice shower after long day at Disney but then discovered no UHT milk for drinks we desperately sought so sent down daughter to reception only to be told hotel didn't have any as maid leaves it and the little shop could only offer water, no milk. Daughter returned to shower and found there was no third towel (nor a third mug or glass). Sofa bed wasn't made which could be forgiven be nice if it had been after specifying later arrival. Upon getting into bed discover that all four usb sockets by the double bed were broken and the next morning the wet patch we found in the toilet on the floor had reappeared in the same place indicating a leak from the ceiling. Considering this hotel had the better average review score (just) over the other cheap similar class on-airport hotels (Ibis etc) I felt it disappointing especially with no UHT. There was also on breakfast tea, only fruit teas and hideous earl grey but without milk that's by the by. I've never been to a hotel that offered coffee making facilities that didn't have UHT in the room let alone being told no at reception for something that wasn't supplied that should have been. That said the bed was comfy and had nice enough pillows to get a decent night's sleep and key drop useful."
