I don't get room when arrived at 1.30pm. All room sold out.Front desk say they have not get any information from hotel.com when I show them your confirmation note from my email. I walk away and find other hotel..I'm piss!!

Hotel.com booking system to OYO hotel
All conditions is good but my booking not link to hotel.com. Full payment already done during booking thru hotel.com but need to pay again due to my booking not in the OYO hotel booking system.. very upset.

At first, we got a spacious room, then the water is leaking from the ceiling. Change to another smaller room but got mosquitoes.

I have to sleep in the roadside due to communication error between expedia and oyo centre

Sangat Tidak selesa bilik aircond tak sejuk, bilik Yg sangat sempit utk 4 org. Tengok gambar cantik bila sampai menyeramkan. Service very bad booking 2 hr di hotel.com tp pkul 6ptg petang baru setel check booking tak terima pihak Hotel. Nasib baik sehari je utk kerja
