"After I booked the hotel I received an email with check in instructons and a phone number.
I was arriving at 1am so I wanted to verify it wasn’t a problem. I was informed it was a home stay and to call him when we arrived at the airport and that the time was fine.
I called him and had a friend from India that was with us call on his phone. NO ANSWER AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS.
After a long flight I arrive to no hotel at 1 am. I have to have a taxi driver take us to a airport hotel that was open....

"Rooms were clean. Spa was amazing, the check-in/ checkout process was very easy. I also availed the car service which was good and reliable. The breakfast spread was excellent. And to top it off the hospitality of the staff from the check in to check out made it worth the stay. I will recommend it for sure. I discovered this gem because Leela was sold out and now this is going to be my favorite place to stay in Delhi. "

"The property is absolutely stunning, really well looked after and you can tell a lot of effort is made to maintain this.
Location is good, and easy to walk or get taxi pick ups.
Staff generally went great though. We requested an additional bed, that I confirm in email twice before our 3am arrive, however this wasnt ready when we checked in (not great when we had been travelling all day and just wanted to get straight to bed).
Check in also took over 20 minutes, which considering we checked...

"Good buffet breakfast and restaurant for an evening meal. Attentive and proactively helpful staff throughout. Local traffic makes getting back to the hotel slow but that is Delhi and not a reflection on the hotel. The hotel had everything that we wanted and is in a good central position. The pool is dirty due to pigeons and some of amenities remain under construction. Breakfast staff very attentive, delicious south indian cuisine and breakfast manager took extra care to ensure we had everything we needed.
