"We had a great stay at Finsonius Studios! We booked through Expedia and the host contacted straight away for the security deposit and asked for our arrival time. We paid the security deposit and the host provided a receipt. The host messaged on WhatsApp the day of check in and provided the key lockbox code. As it was quite cold and raining, the host had left some lights on for us and the heater ☺️ It was a cosy little apartment with everything we needed! It was easy to find, in a great location...

"Pretty good location, almost anywhere I'd want to go in Nice was little more than a 30 minute walk away, with lots of good public transport for most others. Only issue with location is that I was frequently going to palais des expositions which doesn't have a direct route by public transport so walking was usually faster. I can't speak for the "student" aspect of the hotel as I used it just as a room for a few nights and never went to communal areas. But the room was clean with a good view and...
