"We booked the White Water tour and chose this hotel for its convenience. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and responsive to my questions.
The dining area, hotel registration, and the Hualapai River Runner check-in desk are all in the same building, which makes it easy to handle all three things on the morning of your tour. Instead of the breakfast buffet, our group of four ordered from the menu. The food took about 25 minutes to arrive, and we spent another 20 minutes eating (45 minutes total). Despite being told that someone would give us a heads up when the bus was loading, not a single staff member came to warn us during that entire time.
It's clear that hotel staff and River Runner staff are not communicating effectively with each other. We literally watched the bus pull away while we were still at the table. Fortunately, they turned around to come back for us."
