Hotel Tua, Bagus ......Namun ......
Hari Minggu ada acara di hotel tersebut, sampai peserta nya duduk2 di tangga....seharusnya pihak hotel menyediakan bangku bagi peserta, sehingga lobby hotel tidak seperti pasar kelihatannya......

Bed room was clean and fine for me. But It was not the case for the bathroom. And hot water doesn't come out of shower which wasn't a big deal due to the climate here though.

Tribble experience
Terrible experience of this hotel..
My booking was confirmed by his staff by phone, but the hotel refuse any responsibility....
Even though my booking was free cancellation, I did not take action to cancel my booking, because hotel staff confirmed to change the booking Date.
I really angry about this attitude....
I will never book this hotel again....

침대의 청결상태 매우 안좋음
침대의 청결상태가 최악. 베게에 찌든때까 끼어 있고 화장실 변기 상태도 좋지 않음, 침대 및 기타 가구에 먼지가 두껍게 내려 앉음. 언제 청소 했는지도 모를정도.완전 비추천

손님에게 방 수리비를 청구하는 호텔
위치나 서비스등은 마음에 들었으나 내가 묵은 303호실은 노후된 세면대와 욕조에서 물이 흘러나와 잠깐의 샤워에도 화장실 문앞까지 물이 흥건해졌다
같이 간 다른 손님 방인 216,7(?)호실에서는 첫날 샤워한 후 물이 화장실밖까지 흘러나와 다른 방으로 요청했는데 2박 후 체크아웃할때 흐른 물로 인한 공사비를 내라며 350만루피를 요구,
프론트직원은 영어가 거의 안통했으며 인도네시아어로 조목조목 따지며 또다른 손님방의 화장실하수구의 남자주먹보다 큰 머리카락 덩어리를 확인시켜주자 놀란 표정이었음. 그래도 풀부킹이라며 이방의 공사로 인해 손님을 받을수 없다며 계속 돈을 요구해서 비행기 시간에 쫓겨 70만루피를 계산해주었다
수많은 나라의 수많은 호텔을 다녀봤지만 이런 황당한 경우는 처음
이 호텔에 묵으시려면 화장실 대청소를 해주고 싶거나, 방 하나를 수리해줄 의향이 아니라면 가지마세요
인도네시아의 좋은 인상이 다 없어지게 만드는 호텔이었음

Hotel needs renovating
The hotel is convenient if you have business in that part of town. But it is old and in dire need of renovation. The rooms were adequate but the fixtures and fittings, especially in the bathrooms were very worn. The linen was grey and not white. The hallway leading to my room was not vacuumed the hole time I was there (3 days) and you could tell as the same dirt was there.
Breakfast was very disappointing. The menu in fairness may have been aimed at a more local market, but the quality of the crockery was like the rest of the place - old, cracked and needing replacing.
Wouldn't stay again and prefer to drive a little extra and stay in better hotel.
