Breakfast was amazing and hosts were extremely welcoming

Good space (table, sofa area) two single beds in the kitchen/ sitting area and a king in the separate room. Share bathroom. Laundry facilities (NZD2 coins). No distance to town - easily walkable - with a good range of dining options available in the town. Owner very pleasant on both the check in and out.

Wonderful hosts! Everything was great. Bed was very comfortable. Room was large (room 1), very clean and had everything we needed. Maria was very attentive and made us feel at home. Very nice breakfast with several choices available. You need a car to get to the main restaurants in town, boat trips etc, but the beach was only a few minutes walk away. Or you can kayak to the beach along the small river at the bottom of the garden (we didn’t, but other guests did).

Very clean and excellent value for money. Staff gave good recommendations on where to go to eat. Recommend Joe's across the road for breakfast.

We stayed for four nights and were welcomed into David and Tatiana's home. It is a fabulous house within reach of all the sights around Tuaranga. The breakfast is fantastic basically you can have whatever you want. David will tell you all you want to know about the area and also has some funny stories to tell. This is excellent accomidation with very friendly hosts

A wonderful apartment complex. A small number of apartments, modern, very clean, well equipped & in close proximity to the gorgeous beach. The gardens are very pretty & well maintained. There are 3 good restaurants & a coffee shop/bakery within a short walk.

Chalet set in beautiful surrounding amongst flower beds and trees.

Lovely accommodation in perfect location. Host was very welcoming and our room was perfect with amazing views. Comfortable bed and everything we needed. Great restaurants in walking distance.

We would highly recommend staying at Tairua Shores. The accommodation was clean, warm and well equipped with everything you might need for a stay in Tairua. My husband and I would definitely stay again.

Peaceful location, very well maintained holiday park. All was clean and smart and the welcome was very warm. The Hot Pools within the complex are pristine and a pleasure to use. All in all a very pleasant stay.

This has been one of our best stays in new zealand so far . The owner was very friendly, took us to our room and explained everything to us , unlike some places give you a key and you find your way . The views were beautiful. Would stay again and definitely recommend 😀

Fantastic view from apartment, very comfortable property. Receptionist extremely helpful and informative giving ideas of what to do and even provided spade and towels for hot water beach

Owner gave us such a lovely welcome with great suggestions to make Our Stay even better. The 10% Discount at O’Malleys was used twice where we had 2 fantastic reasonably priced meals - beware the Portions are very large

Fantastic hosts who made us very welcome. Lots of extra little touches and attention to detail. Very eco conscious. Would definitely stay again. Xx
