"Rooms were clean, good hot water, comfortable beds. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Even when we had travel issues that didn't involve the hotel at all."

"Staff were very nice. I appreciate them staying open in the winter as it was hard to find open hotels in this area in January. Unfortunately the room was rather chilly and I think someone either smoked in the room or right outside the window before we came, but I suspect in the summer this would be a five-star place with warmer weather and an option to leave the window open to air out smoke. The staff were so kind I didn't complain about anything."
