"We stayed at this property for 4 nights. The room we got was clean and updated. It would have been nice to have some tissue paper and paper towels. My main complaint was the housekeeping. We only received 2 coffee bags the entire 5 days we stayed there. I requested more coffee through messaging but was ignored. I requested some small towels one day since housekeeping didn't leave us with any. It was not delivered for several hours and I had to walk to the office to pickup some. I also requested a new pillow case because my child had a bloody nose. The person doing the messaging asked what was wrong with the pillow case we had. I was too lazy to reply since it was our last night. The room did get pretty hot, we had to keep the window open. Although we were generally satisfied with the property, the service has room for improvement."
