"Beautiful view. These suites use to be open floor condos. So you get a full kitchen with fridge, freezer, ice machine with filtered water, oven, stove, microwave and all the cooking and dining utensils you need. So worth the price!"

I got a five word in-app text AFTER checkin time when I was already en route, no explanation, no apology. Maybe the owner is struggling with their booking system across platforms, but either way, I won’t chance it again. The host was super rude and took no accountability when I expressed frustration."
