"It was a really good stay, and my kids loved the room so much—it felt very comfortable for our family. Easy check in. The location is very strategic, right in the middle of most attractions in Melaka, which made traveling around easy and convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised by the lift; it was much better than what I had expected from the Google reviews. It would be even more complete if there were a convenience store and a laundry place within the apartment."

The personal room playground was in excellent condition and that was what made the stay most memorable and enjoyable for my granddaughter. "The place is clean and comfortable. Selected this place as it is near to my workplace. Convenient as there is 24hr laundry and convenience shop downstairs, within the compound. However the check in process could be better because at guard house they needed QR code. Also I could not connect the wifi on first day as the details were incorrect. However this was resolved on next day. Overall it is a pleasant stay thank u!"

Waited 30 mins to get from 27 floor to ground floor at 8.30am Rooms not cleaned on day 1. Air con not working. Mould in bathroom. Swimming pool staff militant regarding towels. Only 2 per room despite 4 occupants. Only one key card per room. This was needed to operate lifts so meant needed to be together all the time. When asked for an...
