"Citidel is also part of the grup hotel that is located at mid valley (st giles boulevard and the garden) and is standard of 3 star hotel, but maybe at corridor of the floor seems like they doesn’t turn on the ac so it’s pretty hot. But you don’t need to buy water because you can refill it at the machine like st giles boulevard. Overall is still good, maybe try to change the pillow because the condition is not really good anymore."

"良かった点：とても立地がいい。駅まで直結している隣のモールを抜ければすぐなので雨に濡れずに行けるし、空港からも観光等へもアクセスが抜群。
朝ごはんも色々種類も多く日替わりのも物もあり、とても美味しく毎日食べても飽きないです。スタッフの方々がとても優しくフレンドリーで好感が持てました。
ちょっと残念だった点：シャワーヘッドが完全に固定なので角度も変えれないしちょっと洗い辛かったです。足が悪かったので取れる形だと有難いのですが。
エアコンが夜寝てるときは送風のみでも寒く感じました。
冷蔵庫の効きが少々悪く感じました。買ってきたものを冷やしてましたが少し冷たくなったかな？くらいでした。
とは言え、全体的にはとてもいいホテルでしたので次回も利用したいと思います。"
